I lost the design master ... now what?

I had a database that I was working with at work using briefcase and the
Corporate drive. I copied what was on my PC to a disk and loaded on my PC at
home. Now it is asking me sync with the design master which I no longer
have. When I try to recover the design master, it can't find it as the path
isn't valid anymore. Is there anyway I can make another design master?
