Design Master

Our programmer's laptop crashed and we lost our Design
Master.
Is it possible to recover the Design Master from a
Replica? How will you go about doing it?

Currently, the "Recover Design Master" is greyed out when
you open a Replica.
Any help will be appreciated.

I believe there is a way to turn a Replica into a Design Master. One of the
Replication Whitepapers should have the answer:
