Do you mean the sticker the OEM affixed to the computer case?
You need to contact the OEM, no one else can replace the sticker.

Near the bottom "View Product Key XP"
This may not display correctly if the original factory load is
installed.
The Product Key used for the image usually is not suitable for
reinstallation.
