I lost all my toolbars and menu commands

I open word but I lost all my toolbars and menu commands and can't seem to
get them back. Any help?

Thanks for the help! I visited the link you gave and got the answer I
needed. I only wish I would have seen that before I did a complete uninstall
and reinstall of Microsoft Office (which didn't help). Have a great day!
