I have trouble receiving e-mail in outlook using NetZero dialup

I bought a new laptop with XP Pro. I use NetZero dialup at home and connect
over a LAN at work. I cannot download e-mail from my work account into
Outlook 2000 when connected through NetZero at home. It works great over the
LAN. I know it is a setting, but I think I have tried every variation with no
success. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks
