I have pop ups from movieland & Altpayments and need to stop them

I have instaled Microsoft antispyware Beta 1 and it has not even found it in
all scans
i can not deleat it I can find it in a file search but {has a re-rite over
it } can some one help me with this ????????
These payment reminders are from viewing an attached file they will not stop
till i send them a payment I did not ask for this sirvice
