we are on a POPS server, I have 2 email address on the same server, same pc.
As of right now, all emails for both addresses come to the same folder. I'm
trying to serperate the emails so that all emails for 1 address goes to a
certain file and all the others into another file. I have created the other
file and when I changed it so that emails for 1 address goes to that folder,
it changes both addresses to go to it.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Set up a Rule (Tools-Rules and Alerts) to move emails received through one
of the accounts to the new folder....

Gordon, thank you so much but one more question?
I'm in that screen now...ok here's the thing...the 2 emails are
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)...I've created a folder named
Kirstin and I want all her mail to go there and keep Suzanne's mail where
it's at now. in tools, rules and alerts, I don't see an option for me to send
ALL emails TO kirstin to the kirstin folder....wow, this is sooo
frusterating!!!

Start from a Blank Rule, not the template.
Check messages when they arrive - next - Through the Specified Account. In
the bottom box, click in the link "Specified" and you will be able to choose
the account in the drop-down box. Next. Move it to the specified folder.
Again, click on the "Specified" link and choose the folder. Then, also on
the same page, check "Stop processing More Rules". If you don't select this,
it may well only move a COPY rather than the original message.
