I get error message on outlook express. how do I corret it?

You need to ask in the newsgroup that specializes in Outlook Express, which
is part of Internet Explorer. Outlook is part of Microsoft Office and they do
not have the same functionality.

You must get your correct pop mail settings from your Service provider.
"Internet Explorer" is not a mail acct name. Use your browser for web mail.
Outlook and Outlook Express cannot be used with free web mail.
