Have you done what the message said ?

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.

Are you sure you have access to a server named just "pop3" ??? This is more
likely smtp.yourprovider.com or pop.yourprovider.com or something similar.
If you are using some code taken from the internet those name are likely
just placehiolders that you should replace with actual names...
