i deleted music that was on my desktop

i deleted music that was on my desktop and when i went to see if it was in my
recyling bin it was gone.i had the music files on my desktop and i did a
system restore and the files came back by there was no music in any of the
files HELP PLEASE

You don't do a System Restore to get back items in your Recycle Bin -
you simply open the Recycle Bin folder and undelete any items there.
