I can't send email

I can recieve it, but can't send it. My email is yahoo.verizon.net
here is the error message I keep getting
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re: When do
you want to go', Account: 'incoming.yahoo.verizon.net', Server:
'outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530
authentication required - for help go to
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

Contact your ISP for all of the correct settings (e.g., Authentication
settings; correct Incoming & Outgoing port numbers).

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.

I figured it out. I watch the video and changed my outgoing port to 465, but
then I couldn't recieve email. I went back in and put the incoming port at
default 110 and now it works fine. Thanks for your help.
