I can't send email since I purchased this VISTA

I had two send an important e-mail with attachments and could not do it.
I've been trying for the past two hours. It's really late and I have to get
up in 4 hours. Thanks Microsoft. I didn't have this problem with the old

Windows Mail has problems adding attachments while they are still open
in any other program.

It would help if you gave more details. What type of attachment?
How big is the file? Do you get an error message? If so, copy it and
post it here verbatim. And as Robert already advised you, make sure
that attachment is not open in some other program, like Word.
