I can't recieve email.

this is the error code I get. I've changes the passowrd and keeps asking me
for it.

Make sure the user name is correct and all lower case. Try it both with and
without the @ and what comes after that.

Make sure the password is all in the proper case.

I tried to do this and it still didn't work, when I hit the send/recieve
button it acts as if it's going to connect but then ask me for the user name
and password, I entered it and it keep asking me. any other suggestions?

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them cause
assorted problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.
For some others, just leaving email scanning disabled is enough to
stop them from causing new problems.
