I can't receive attachments with my email from comcast ISP

How do you receive attachments with your email? I see them in my comcast ISP
mailbox but not in outlook. Also, how do you stop outlook from deleting your
inbox at your ISP?

Answer 1. Tools | Options | Security tab | Click on Automatic Download
Settings, uncheck the appropriate box.
