I cannot send or receive email and I have tried everything.

I have outlook 2002. I keep getting a message unable to connect to outgoing
mail server and incoming mail server and to verify the port and SSL settings.
These settings are correct as I have set up another computer using the SAME
thing and it does work. Also, I use Incredimail and the setting are the same
and I can get mail through that service. I have tried turning off
incredimail and having outlook at my default but that did not work either.

Do you have a software firewall which might be blocking Outlook?
