I Cannot Download a Security Update HELP!!!!!!

I bought a DVD and it has a code inside of it so you can get a "digital copy"
on your computer. When I tried to type in the code it said "You must upgrade
security components of Windows Media Player so you can play protected files
on your computer." it had a link below and I clicked on it. On the web page
there was a button that said Upgrade. I could not click it though. Can
someone help me???

That is not a security update. It is software so that the publisher of the
DVD can control how you view it. It has nothing to do with your security.

I believe you need to run Internet Explorer (IE) as an administrator to
download that update. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon and select "Run
as administrator...", accept the prompt, and then go to the site. Don't go
anywhere else using that instance of IE though. It is running as an
administrator and anything you click on has complete access to your computer.
