I cannot access windwos update website

when i try to go to windows update website I receive error number
"0x80072EE2".
what's wrong?

Did you copy the ENTIRE link? The part that wraps onto the next line must
be added to the part that is on the first line.

You may have to add the rest of line 2 to the end of line 1. The link
wrapped. When I did this, the link worked fine.
