I am not getting my emails

I am using Outlook Express from Office XP professiional. I can get my emails
from cox webmail site but not in outlook express. I talked to support group
at cox but they could not help. They think there is something wrong with
outlook because I can get my emails through their site.

Do you mean Outlook or Outlook Express?
For either program; make sure your account settings are correct. Your ISP
can tell you your exact settings.
