I am not able to send emails from MICROSOFT OUTLOOK -

My ISP server is Bluelight. I am getting two error messages when trying the
test to send a message from Outlook.
Log onto INCOMING mail server (POP3) failed
Outlook could not connect to the incoming mail server (POP3) . The problem
could be SSL or port settings for the incoming server.Verify your port and
SSL settings under more settings on the Advanced Tab.
The second error message - is could not send message.

And have you done what the error message asked you to do? Have you checked
with your ISP to make sure you have all the settings correct?
