I always get prompted to accept the EULA...?

Does someone know how I can get rid of the prompt I get everytime I start
Outlook 2002, which asks me if I accept the EULA (END-USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT)?

As you may imagine this is annoying and legally useless beyond the first
time.

In my case I have activated the installation by phone... is this the
problem?
