Under Advanced Tabs, what am I looking exactly here to check or uncheck?

Have you tried resetting the internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet
Options, Advanced tab? (Or Control panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

Diane, an update:

I guess it would help if I made IE my DEFAULT browser?

Silly me!

But I want to give a shout out to you Diane, for all of the fine work you do
for us in these newsgroups. You have been a big help to me many, many
times.

Thanks again,

Glad to be of service. :)

FWIW, it shouldn't be necessary to keep IE as default - once you verify it
works you can switch back top whatever you prefer.

http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm - not quite the same
problem, but it has the complete list of things to try when you get errors
that may be related to multiple browsers.
