hyperlinks in Outlook emails

has anyone experienced this? I'm running Office 2007 on Vista, and lately
hyperlinks in emails bring the error message "General failure. The URL was
"http//www.blahblahblah.com". Application not found."

Reset your default Internet Browser and reassign it as the default in Window
Vista via Start-> Default Programs
