Hyperlinks have stopped opening in emails I receive

Have loaded new antivirus software having deleted older version and since
then I can not open any links that are included in emails

What happens when you try?

If you get an error about restrictions in effect, this is a problem with IE,
its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your internet settings in IE's
Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control panel, Internet options,
Advanced tab).
