Hyperlinks can't keep address straight

Using FP2003 when I insert a hyperlink to my main page in a frame index.html
or index.htm I do not get a relative URL to the hosting site. Instead I get
a URL back to my C drive folders and subfolders. The insert hyperlink
functions on all other pages inserts the hyperlink as a relative URL
....//...//(fine name).htm.

It just began doing this on the main page today.
Any thoughts on how to avoid having to type in the absolute URL on the main
page and get it to use the relative URL for inserted hyperlinks.

Also I am unable to put a jpeg on the main page. It appears as an ampty box
on the web site in spite of the URL appearing under the mouse pointer when it
is placed in the empty box where the photo should be. When you click on the
empty box, the photo appears on a new blank page.

1. Make sure that you have use File Menu | Open Site first.
2. Make sure all content for the web is within this current open site. Import all external content
into the web before using.
