Hyperlinking

I am using PowerPoint Pres. 2000.

created a master pres file with multiple slides/hyperlinks.
created a 2nd file within the same directory with the
hyperlink slides.

In the master pres file we added many new slides which
changed the number of the slides. What do i do to make
sure the hyperlink slides move with the page number of the
slides they are attached to.
Ex: Hyperline slide is attached to page #20 in the master
pres. With added slides page 20 is now page 40.
Hyperline is still going back to page 20 and not to page
40.

Help - Fast please.

Hyperlink slide links do not change across presentation - they do however
change within the same presentation.

You can use a tool like FixLinks Pro to find a list of your links and then
change them.

Alas, repairing links to slides that have moved within an external presentation
isn't something it does ... it only deals with files, not locations within
files.

Consider: if there's a link to slide 42, how's a poor little add-in to know
that it's supposed to point to slide 24 which is where somebody's moved the
slide that was originally 42 TO? ;-)
