Hyperlink delaying

When you click hyperlink on current webpage, it takes a long time, sometimes
give error message "This Page cannot be displaying", if you put word or web
address in the address bar, same happen.

If you click right mouse to the hyperlink to open a new window, it does open
new window with new webpage quickly.

I do not understand the difference between internal window has a problem and
new window is working. I do not want to click hyperlink with new window each
time. How do i fix this problem please?

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, but, try the
following that applies and see if it helps:

First: Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files

Go to Start>Run> and register the following dll's by using
regsvr32 command. Try the first 2, then see if it resolves the problem. If
not then register the rest of the .dll's:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll?
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 scrrun.dll?
regsvr32 msxml.dll?
regsvr32 mshtml.dll?
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll?
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll?

Unfortuntaley, it does not help to solve this problem

I learnt that my team have reported four computers are infected with same
case as this case. Look like growing in our network.

How can we find to solve this problem?

1. Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 corporate network.
2. MSIE 6 SP 1 (has been reinstalled once)
3. Cannot click weblink any website, and give error message.
4. Cannot run Windows Update, and giving error saying "due to a discrepancy
in your computer's time setting."
5. You can click weblink with a new window
6. Have S&D bots to sweep the cookie, TIF etc.

any suggestion or do you think it might be infected by spy/adware/virus?

Hi Davey

You likely have a hijacker and/or malware on your system. In addition to
updating and running your AV, download, install and run the programs below
in Safe Mode with Hidden Files enabled. This will remove the nasty you
have and any others it may have let in the back door. Some malware can
replicate itself repeatedly if not removed properly, so run them again
according to the information below so that Windows is not operating to hide
any files 'in use' Follow all instructions carefully:

First, Clear the TIF's and empty the recycle bin:
