http header to open files prompts open save window

Hi,

I'm sending a http response to open an excel file setting
the Content-type and the Content-disposition to
attachment; filename=name.xls

Whenever I set this response I get an open save window, Is
there any other header variable I've got to set? Can I
adjust a file parameter somewhere to open it directly?
