Ignored Headers

I am experiencing the problem laid out in the following article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=305153 while trying to open a
pdf in an iframe. I have set the headers as below, but still get a blank
window in the iframe. I've tried adding the MIME type to IIS as well, but
with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
