http://ehttp.cc/? prefix displays with "The page cannot be displayed"

Why does IE override the www address I enter and re-
display the address with the prefix http://ehttp.cc/? when
I type in www.microsoft.com or any other address the first
time? A page is displayed that says The page cannot be
displayed. If I type in the www address again, then the
real page displays.

Hi

Seems as though your browser has been 'hijacked' - try the following programs to delete any spyware that may be on your system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
