I am so sorry and I am sure this has been answered many times before...

I have created a HTML page incorporating images and Flash, which I am
hosting online.

I want to email this page using outlook 07.

Can it be done?

Yes, you can mail it using outlook 2007. If you mean will it work in
outlook, no, outlook doesn't support active content.

ActiveX is scripting. E-mail clients rarely allow scripts to run in
e-mails. By default Outlook uses the Restricted Sites security zone
when rendering e-mails. Only boobs would change this to use the
Internet security zone. You can send it. They won't run it.
