Embedding a flash file on to the email body

I am trying to embed a flash file (.swf file) into the email body (HTML). I've researched online and there hardly seems any info.
I tried getting help from Microsoft via the phone but the Customer Service Rep gave me details on how to attach a JPEG image.

I will appreciate if my query can be answered soon.

- Operating System: Windows XP

- Office: Microsoft Office 2003
- Anti Virus Software :AVG Free

- How do you connect to the net : e.g. ADSL (router)
