HTML Add-in/Newsletter embedding in outlook

Outlook 2007 (on ExchangeServer) question. We have a SharePoint 2007 site
where we update all the news related to 3 different departments within the
company.
We want to create a email message in Outlook 2007 that imitates the look and
feel of the SharePoint 2007 site (some html + JavaScript) and send it to all
the employees every week. Creating a email message on a outlook “form†will
not be a feasible solutions as it’ll takes a long time and the SharePoint
site is updated with new news items weekly (at least 10 new news items).

I've played around and found out there a way to embed html into the outgoing
message or showing an iframe within the Outlook message is NOT possible.
Outlook 2007 doesn’t translate iFrame (html) code.

My question:
Is there an add-in or a third party tool which can help us create a web-site
look alike Outlook message? We don't want to spend too much time on the
Outlook message. An iframe would be perfect but we're unable to figure out
how to embed an iframe within the outgoing message.
Any suggestions? hints? or help? Thanks so much!

Outlook doesn't support Javascript in email. Rather than trying to emulate
SPS, I'd work on a simpler format for email. Maybe using RSS to pull the new
content into an HTML template that you can copy and paste into Outlook.

Thanks Diance for the reply. It seems like there no straight forward way to
plug in HTML into Outlook.
Do you know if there are any third party company/tools that can help me with
embedding a Newsletter in the email message?
