HP J 5740 Cant pull of the fax on vista hp solution center

I sent a fax. I'm sure if it was received or not. When I go into the
HP Solution center on my vista home-- the fax log will not come up.
What do I do.

It might help people help you if you said what version of VISTA you are
using.
