HP D5360 PRINTER INSTALLATION

ANYBODY, I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A HP PHOTOSMART D5360 PRINTER AND WHEN I
TRY AND INSTALL IT, IT SAYS WINDOWS CANNOT FIND MY DRIVER SOFTWARE. I
DOWNLOADED THE DRIVERS FROM HP SUPPORT BUT IT STILL WON'T FIND THEM. DOES
ANYBODY HAVE A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM?
