HP 2000c printer Problem

I'm new here (who do I see about a raise).

Anyhow I have a HP 2000C printer, that worked fine until I changed the
Cartriges (NOT OEM, but they insist the chips are reprogramed). I am
using it with Windows XP Pro, and like (as?) I said before it was just
plug and play. (Normal pronter cable NOT USB) Now it prints the first
page fine, then lights flash, and I get a blank sheet followed by a low
ink warning sheet. If I divide the job up into individual pages, and
print one at a time, it works fine (but that is a major pain).

ANy help would be most appreciated

It sounds like your replacement cartridges have a problem. You can
print a self test by turning on the printer, then press and hold the
power button, then press the resume button five times, then release the
power button. Check the ink level status of the supplies and replace
those that are low. If the "new" cartridges are reported as low contact
your dealer for a replacement.

Shows black as full -- the others empty, yet a single page prints just
fine in full color?

"Empty" really means "low enough that continued printing risks damage to
the printhead". As far as the printer knows the color ink supplies are
nearly empty. You should contact your supplier for replacements.
