Your message isn't very clear. If the toolbar containing Tools doesn't
appear,
press the Alt key on your keyboard.

Then click on View, then Layout. To add a bar to the view, click on the box
before its name if there's no check mark there, then Apply. Click on OK.

Note that links still won't work if they're in the new message window. They
should work if they're in a message you're viewing in a folder, though,
except
possibly the Junk E-mail folder.

sorry for my english, but the problem is that the links (that I see when I
click on it) don't work because they are blocked (certainly) or Windows Mail
has a problem.
Maybe I have to reinstall it : what is the process to do that ?

When I've search for an help on the subject (links blocked) in WIndows Mail,
they tell me to accept the links on my message by clicking in the
"information bar" under the message subject; but There was no visible
information bar and I've search to do it appear.

Try Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to read messages in plain
text and then see if that fixes it. If not, then its likely to be a 3rd
party program such as antivirus or antispyware or a firewall that is
blocking the links.

I haven't seen such an information bar.

Windows Mail is a part of Vista and very hard to uninstall or reinstall
without doing the same to the rest of Vista.

What type of links? Are the links in an email message or are they
on a web page? Does the link represent an email address or a
web page address? What is the exact error message when you
click on that link?

It's the kind of question I like !! really from an ms-mvp
What kind of links are found on a mail message ? links to internet for the
most evident.
And as I explain, there is no error message : just, the link don't work
Also, from another official mvp, that tell me to verify if I have the good
options clicked in security options and so on : of course; when I search for
an information in a community (because it's to expansive to ask directly to
Microsoft), I have tried to resolve the problem by myself and the common
parameters have been tested.

As I receive the SP1 for Vista, I've installed it and now, the problem is
solved. Windows Mail works well and the links clicked send me to the good
Internet page.
It's the essential thing but, intellectualy, I'm not satisfied because if
the problem reappear, I 'll be in the same case, without ways to find a
solution.
Symantec 2008 antivirus is installed and I've seen all the viewable
parameters and nothing was shown about the possibility to block links in
email.
Thanks a lot for all the answers

Good to hear that installing SP1 solved your problem.
If it happens again in the future, I would suspect the cause to be
your antivirus. Windows Mail is known to be susceptible to corruption
caused by aggressive AV products, including those from Symantec
(Norton), McAfee, and Trend Micro.
