How to transfer the Local Group Policy from one PC to another?

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your help in advance.

I would like to ask if there is a way for me to export all local group
policy setting from one PC and import/transfer to another PC (both PC are
running XP)?

I know that is why AD is here but the two PCs are not in domain at all. If
there is a way to do it that would save me a lot of time here.
