How to stop spelling from detecting repeated words?

I have names of places that are two repeated words eg. Nowa Nowa. How can I
stop this from being shown as an error (repeated word) everytime I write it?
I have added the whole "Nowa Nowa" to the dictionary but makes no difference.

There is no way to turn off the repeated-word feature. I've heard that
there's a built-in, unchangeable list of exceptions, but oddly the city of
Walla Walla isn't on the list even though it isn't far from Microsoft's home
in Redmond.

A workaround is to replace the space in the middle with a nonbreaking space
(Ctrl+Shift+spacebar) to make the speller consider it to be only one word;
then you can add the resulting word to the custom dictionary. To add a bit
more convenience, select the combination and create an AutoCorrect entry for
it.
