how to shrink photos for email

My computer won't show options for shrinking pictures for attachments. I use
my photo editing programs to save smaller files to send to people, but that's
a hassle. How can I get the options box to pop-up in the My Pictures folder?
I have done it before, but it doesn't work anymore.

My ISP tech thought it was included with MS Office, which I have on
computer. I'm using Outlook Express to send email.

OK, go to the following link and download and
install: ImageResizer.exe

http://tinyurl.com/36n

Then you can open any folder that contains
images and you will have an option to resize.
Just right click the selected image files and
choose Resize Pictures from the menu. You
can select one image or a whole group.

The program will place the resized copies in
the folder with your originals.
(Tip: *Never* overwrite your originals)

Thanks for the link. It was exactly what I was needing. I also restarted
computer after making the change and it still works. Will save that page for
any future problems in that area! Thanks again.

I have tried the suggestion below and it has not worked.
Looking for another possible solution.
