thanks Ted for u r quick respone

the problem is my computer
NIC1 had one gateway
nic2 had also had gateway
if i am using Routing and remote access ,both nic are conflict.
if i set default gateway as adsl then i can't communicate with other

this is the real problem.

Windows is not set to handle two nics, you
would expect it to use one nic, while it will use
the other.
I have two nics, one for local networking, the other
for the Internet, luckily works OK. But if one of
the computers in the network set to share Internet
connection, then you wouldn't know which internet connection
it will use, and you can't control it.
