3 - tables used

1 - list ALL purchase orders

1 - list ALL orders including details

1 - list only purchase orders that have shipped based on Shipped date


We need a query to show all purchase order numbers and details and the dates
beside the ones that have shipped without discriminating against the ones
that have not been shipped which is the current report we are are getting.
What kind of expression whould we use for that?

I might be misunderstanding. Assuming the three lines that start "1 - list
etc." are three queries/reports that you now use (and not the three tables),
why wouldn't the query that you are looking for simply be the last query
without any shipping date criteria? The shipping dates can be shown as
Nz([Ship Date], "Not Shipped") or leave it blank.
