How to set Word Page colors separately for each side

I want to print a document with a different background colour on each side.
I have a duplex-capable printer. So far it seems that all pages are stuck
with the same Page Colour, unless you manage them separately.

8.5 x 11 text boxes (if you're using letter size), go to fill, select your
color, then send text box behind text
