How to set up a mass email with recipient-specific attachments?

Is there a way to set up a mass emailing with recipient specific attachments?
In other words, I have 25 people that each need to receive their own
specific Excel file as an attachment. Can I have the emails automatically
created and the correct files automatically attached to each email, with a
macro or something similar?
