How to send EMail also to NewsGroup same message (Outlook 2003 SP2

This seems like a painfully simple question but I cannot seem to find the
answer:

Using Outlook 2003 (not Outlook Express) how can I send an EMail to both
regular recipients (To: CC: BCC and also send the same message to a
NewsGroup?

Tried sending to '(e-mail address removed)' but that never arrived.

Well, without using a plugin that allows Outlook to use NNTP or utilizing an
email to usenet gateway, you can't.

news.group@server will likely never work. OE doesn't allow you to do
anything but CC.

As an aside, considering how many spammers do still harvest newsgroups for
valid SMTP addresses, I'd think twice if you're trying to post to a public
newsgroup, since every user you CC would be included in the post to the
newsgroup.
