how to send a msg to multiple email addresses

I`m part of an association and I`m trying to send a message to 250 email
address. I`ve created a list on excel and then cut and paste my list on the
Bcc line of windows mail. When I send my message, a window pops up saying
`couldn`t not send with an error msg`, the msg stays in my `outbox` until I
delete it. I remove the email address that show up in the error box and send
it again and it still stays in my outbox. Is there a capacity of email
addresse? If yes, how can I send a msg to multiple users without creating
one by one in my contact list. thanks a million

DID YOU FIND OUT HOW TO SEND MASS EMAIL?

Most email providers have a limit on the number of emails that you can send
in a day or in a month to prevent spamming.
There is no limit in windows Mail.

Dave, you sound very knowledgeable. I have received and answered over 6000
emails and I need to compare my sent list to my received list. Can I print a
list from the windows mail that is on my screen.
