Please if anyone can enlighten me with regards the above error msg I would
be grateful....every time I go to try and send mail this is the msg I get
...have had it right from the beginning so I stopped using it as no matter
what I tried I cannot get it to work for me ...I at one time had a tiscali
account ....still have but I do not use it ,my email account is with
hotmail...

You are attempting to send via the Tiscali server while connected
to the Internet via Sky. That is not allowed. Substitute Sky's
SMTP server in place of smtp.tiscali.co.uk.
Another option is to do all your sending via your Hotmail account.
