How to see all the component?

I have make the component visibility to 100,but still some component can not
see in the Target Designer. I can see 11786 component in the Database
Mananger,but only 11017 in the Target Designer.

Second question is that hotfixQ832894 hava no .sld file in the pack,i make a
..sld file from the .inf file,but failed.Who can tell me how to make a
component about the hotfixQ832894.

Third question is how to make a component about Windows sockets 2.0 service
provider.

You will need to lower the TD visibility down to 0 (or 1). You can do that through the registry settings:

Don't use the QFE inf. It is usually for wupdate.exe app.
You will need to grab the QFE files and registry entries manually and put them into your component.
To extract QFE's file you may use WinZip or "/x" command line switch.
Search this NG archive for examples or look at any other MS XPe QFE package.

Third question is how to make a component about Windows sockets 2.0 service provider.

How about using "Windows Sockets" component? (winsock 2)

Not really sure what you're asking for. Doesn't "Windows Sockets" component

This update was issued for XPe without SP1, right?
Are you running SP1 (I hope)? Then, you've got newer versions of the patched
file (e.g., mshtml.dll version=6.00.2900.2096) that come with SP1.

XP Embedded with and without SP1 include Windows Sockets SPI 2.0 support (as
well XP in general). AFAIK, WinSock2 is out there since '97 or '98.
Basically, if you include "Windows Sockets" component it will bring
"Primitive: Ws2_32" (ws2_32.dll) component as a dependecy. This is the
WinSock2 dll (32-bit).
