Hello and thanks for your patience.

I'm new in the PC environment, coming from Mac.
I tried your method >File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
then what? You have 3 choices: Settings or Open Folder
or Add. Which one is it? then what ? I went to that
article and could not read anything showing precisely the
step by step!!
Thanks

Don't Export/Import
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
READ the article Russ pointed you at. It's very clear
on what you should do.

I was able to pinpoint this file called "Outlook Office
Data File, size -- 71,441 KB).

Question. How should I export now this PST. File
toward Outlook program? Should I open first the
Application Outlook and go File /Export-import then what
after?
Thanks.

Read my post. Follow the instructions. What part do
you not understand?
Your Outlook data is where it was before. Just search for
*.PST if you don't
know where it was and open one you find each in
Outlook until you find the one that has all your data.
The article I posted is pretty clear.

Hi,

Clicking Documents and Settings, on the next column
I have those two folders: Administration and All users but
do not have Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
Maybe I was not very clear. I need to retrieve the
integrality of my previous outlook environment with
all data and that include: delete folder, contacts,
note, saved mail, calendar etc... Can you do that
(restore or retrieve from Outlook?
Thanks

Your data is fine. Outlook just created a new profile.
Just search for your
old Outlook data file (PST file) and configure Outlook
to use it instead of
the new one. Instructions here:

Very Urgent Situation
I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 - Windows XP Pro part of
Microsoft Outlook Small Business
On the menu bar, I went on HELP then clicked on
Detect and Repair. I had a few problems and thought
that it would resolve it. Instead after this process, I
reopened Outlook and found a new copy of outlook and all
data where gone.
I lost everything:
-All my contacts addresses,
-All my data appointments etc. on my calendar
-All my recent e-mails and save one in fact everything
outlook. How can retrieve and restore just like
it was few hours ago???
-I went on Systems Tools and did try the Restoredates
prior to yesterday and did not work?? I'm aware that the
system restore feature
restores my operating system (drivers, Windows itself,
patches) to its previous state. It does not affect my
data files, including email, addresses and such.
Unfortunately, I did not restore my previous Outlook
with my data.
Can you HELP, thank you.
