How to restrict non administrators from accessing MMC from a remote PC

We are running windows 2000 and windows 2003 servers.

I wwould like to know How to restrict non administrators
from accessing MMC(Microsoft managemanet Console) from a
remote PC.

I can see that users can simply get into MMC of a remote PC
by right clicking on local MMC and using "Connect to "
option.

You can disable this using MMC Settings available in
Administrative Templates in User Settings of Group Policy.
