How to repair OL 2003 address book

(Contacts>properties is already set to show as email address book. )
I transferred OL 2003 to new pc with Vista Home pro. The contacts folder
appears and i can see all contact info, but when I click on tools, address
book I get this message:
"Address list could not be displayed. Contacts folder or associated with
this address list could not be opened.

Thanks for any help

You didn't migrate entirely correctly. Remove and readd the Outlook Address
Book service in your mail profile.
